Gluten Free Apple Crisp

Who else is lovingggggg the fresh fall fruit?! 🍐🍎🍏

We love this lightened up spin on Fruit Crisp. It's just like traditional one we’ve all had, just without the refined flour, loads of refined sugar or butter. Five simple ingredients:

-Cold pressed, unrefined coconut oil

-6 apples (or pears!), any variety, cored and sliced. Keep the skin on!

-3-4 Tbsp pure maple syrup

-3/4 tsp cinnamon

-1 c Original Best Ever Granola


Preheat oven to 375*

Lightly grease baking dish with coconut oil.

Add sliced fruit to dish. Drizzle with maple syrup & cinnamon. Toss to coat.

Sprinkle evenly with Best Ever Granola. Toss once more to coat.

Pop into the oven for 30 minutes and enjoy the aroma!

Enjoy right out of the oven for breakfast alone or paired with your favorite plain or vanilla yogurt. Or, save for dessert, pairing with a scoop of your favorite vanilla ice cream.
