Ginger Turmeric Overnight Oats
This quick batch prep breakfast marries ginger and turmeric, making it an anti-inflammatory powerhouse
🫚GINGER TURMERIC OVERNIGHT OATS🫚
What you’ll need ;
🥣1.5 c gluten free rolled oats
🫚1 tsp turmeric
🧂pinch salt of choice (we ❤️ Steel City Salt Co Cyprus Flake)
🥛2 or so cups unsweetened milk of choice
🍁1-2 Tbsp pure maple syrup (we ❤️Paul Family Farms)
🫚about 1 tsp grated fresh ginger (use a zester if you have one-or powdered ginger works here too!)
🌱Original Best Ever Granola for serving
What you’ll do;
Mix dry ingredients. Stir. Add wet ingredients. Mix well.
Divide evenly into (3) containers before popping into the fridge for easy grab and go throughout the week.
Top with Best Ever Granola just before serving!
