Look for dragonfruit in the freezer section, either in packets or in chunks. Here’s how to make the most perfect Pitya Bowl:
1 packet or 1c chunks pitya
1/2 frozen banana
1-1.5c unsweetened non dairy milk of choice
1 c frozen riced cauliflower.
We added some frozen blueberries, too.
Top with more fruit and Original Best Ever Granola for a perfectly delightful and well balanced meal!!
