Protein Packed Chocolate Custard

Easy Chocolate Custard Made with Real Maple Syrup

🍫PROTEIN PACKED CHOCOLATE CUSTARD 🍫

If you are not sensitive to soy, read on!

What you’ll need;

🌱 1 (12-14oz) package SILKEN tofu (this is really important - this variety is what will make this recipe creamy!)
🍁 1/4 c pure maple syrup or honey local to your area
🍫 1/2 c cocoa powder
🥄 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

For serving ;
☕️ Chocolate Espresso Best Ever Granola
🧁whipped cream of choice

Blend all ingredients in a food processor or high-speed blender until smooth. Portion into 4 small dishes and pop in the fridge.

Top with a little whipped cream and lots of Best Ever Granola just before serving. 🤩

These will keep in the fridge for up to 6 days.
