Vanilla Lavender Smoothie Bowl;
🍌 1 frozen banana (life hack-peel ripe bananas, cut in half, pop into a freezer bag to have on hand for smoothies, bowls and baking)
🍚1 c plain frozen diced cauliflower (pick up a bag from the freezer section)
🥛1 c unsweetened milk of choice
🌱 2 Tbsp hemp hearts for a protein boost (1 scoop plant based vanilla protein powder works here too)
Mix in high speed blender, agitating as needed. Top with Vanilla Lavender Best Ever Granola, more hemp hearts, fruit of choice and dive in with a spoon.
