Watermelon Caprese Skewers

These are so pretty, fun to make and fun to eat!

What You’ll Need:

5-6 Bamboo or reusable skewers 

½ small or medium watermelon, cut into large cubes 

6-8oz log fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into large cubes

1-2 oz fresh basil, leaves removed from stem

4-6 campari tomatoes, quartered (or cherry tomatoes, whole!)

For serving:

Flake Salt - (we like Steel City Salt Co)

Balsamic vinegar or Balsamic reduction - (we like Olive and Marlowe)

Original Best Ever Granola

What You’ll Do:

Prepare all ingredients.  Start each skewer with 2 chunks watermelon, 1 basil leaf, 1 tomato slice, 1 piece mozzarella.  Repeat until each skewer is full.

Arrange on a plate.  Drizzle with balsamic, and sprinkle with both Best Ever Granola and salt just before serving.
