Best Ever Banana Bread

Gluten Free Best Ever Banana Bread made with Real Maple Syrup

🍌BEST EVER BANANA BREAD🍌

What You’ll Need:
2 ripe bananas, mashed

1 c gluten free rolled oats
2 c almond flour
2 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp sea salt

3 eggs
3 Tbsp coconut oil, plus more for greasing pan
¼ c REAL maple syrup
1 tsp pure vanilla extract

For the topping;
Original Best Ever Granola

What you’ll do;

Preheat oven to 350*

Peel bananas & mash at the bottom of a large bowl with a large fork or a potato masher.

Pulse oats in a small food processor or blender to make oat flour. Add to the large bowl.

Mix in remaining dry ingredients. Stir well.

Add wet ingredients. Stir well.

Grease a bread pan lightly with coconut oil.
Use a spatula to spoon in batter. Top generously with Best Ever Granola.

Bake for 35 -40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Enjoy a slice or two with a serving of fruit for breakfast all week long!
