An amazing bowl goes down something like this: frozen fruit + frozen veg + unsweetened non dairy milk of choice + 2Tbsp hemp hearts for a boost of plant based protein & healthy fats.

Blend, then top with some more fruit and something crunchy. Or lots of crunchy things
